Jennifer Juan purchased RJP in 2021 and oversees daily operations. There is no holding company above her and no regional VP to escalate to. When something goes sideways on your job, the owner is one phone call away and she can decide something.

Under her leadership the company has held on to both clients and employees, and earned its WBENC, MBE, and WBE certifications. Most of the crew has been here 20 years or more, and most were recommended to RJP by another employee.
